WHAT I DO
Films
With more than 15yrs of writing, producing and directing critically nominated short films, my passion has always been about discovering authentic voices often hidden and not heard.
Theatre
Using my experience as a performing arts lecturer and professional actor, I create theatre pieces that enable young people from diverse, non performing backgrounds to build confidence.
Animation
I collaborate with young people to create scripts, storyboards, record dialogue and then work closely with animators to create animations that the young people can feel passionate about.
Writing
As well as working in collaboration with young people to write scripts, I have also written for TV, theatre and film including CBBC, Emmerdale and The Royal Exhange Theatre.
